Long Time, No Blog

It’s been almost a month since my last post here and to be honest with you, I haven’t missed it. In the past when I’ve gone through lulls it was simply a matter of not having anything to say and refusing to post just for the sake of posting. This time seems to be different though. Those other times I still had a desire to blog here, this time not so much.

I’m hoping this is still part of the ebb and flow thing. Y’all know I still love me some Richard Armitage! In the meantime, I updated a wallpaper I made previously to incorporate one of the newest (to us) Robert Ascroft photos.

 

In an attempt to get writing, working on graphics and stuff again I’ve started a more general purpose blog where I can post anything. On the off chance anyone is interested, here is the link.

Ebb and Flow

Ebb and flow seems to be a good description of my life as a fangirl. There are times when I’m exuberant. Times I not only want, but seem to need the shared experience with other fans–the reassurance that although the journey is different for each of us, we’re all in the same boat. Not to mention the joint enthusiasm when new photos, interviews and such are released.  Then there are times that I’m more withdrawn. I still look with pleasure and watch with rapture but the desire to share the experience is low or even non-existent. I simply have nothing to say or contribute to the conversation and all of my enjoyment is this internalized thing and there just aren’t any words.

In case you can’t tell by the lack of posts here of late, I’m feeling rather withdrawn. But I did make a new wallpaper today with the most recent Robert Ascroft photo and I thought I would share:
