Three 40-something year old men saying they are like teenage girls. Bizarre, slightly creepy and hilarious all rolled into one. 😉

Teenage girls…LOL. He might be overestimating the median age of her fanbase though – my seven year old daughter is a HUGE fan. So are all of her friends 🙂

Can you imagine if he’d said they were little girls or tween girls? 😉 Taylor Swift has quite the wide age range of fans, I think. Probably even some middle age men..especially for her looks. As you say, she is a pretty girl.
If I have to choose, I’d rather have my kids listening to her than some of the stuff they do… some of the things I hear my daughter singing make me cringe…she keeps telling me she’s sexy…no, you are SEVEN!!
Wow, just imagine what she’ll be like as a teenager. 😉 I used to work with kids and it amazed me the things they listened to. Taylor Swift is definitely a better option than a lot of the stuff out there.

The first time I watched the clip I thought he said, “We like teenage girls.” *gasp* Feeling like a teenage girl is much more acceptable for three 40-something year old men, yeah? 😉
I should say…they didn’t hesitate at all either did they? There seems to be a kind of 3 amigos vibe going on here “so, when someone asks us who we want to see, who should we say…oh, oh, I’ve got it..” 🙂
I had that impression too. It was like they had pre-planned that Taylor Swift was the person they were excited to see. So funny.
LOL, Jas!!! That is ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!!! An announcement of “We like teenage girls” probably would have had the NY police and possibly Attorney General awaiting their arrival at the airport in the US!
But changing it to, ‘We’re LIKE teenage girls” makes it all so acceptable (why, again??) – or at least not super creepy. I laughed out loud at your *GASP* when you first heard the audio. 🙂

I think I really did gasp. I was so shocked that he would say that, even as a joke. You’re probably right about the NY police showing up, if they’d even been aloud in the country at all! The “we’re like” comment was a little odd, even as a joke. I’m chalking it up to sleep deprivation or jet lag or a bizarre sense of humor. As long as it was really a joke I think we’re okay. 😉

Mr bolly was really shocked when I played it as he thought he said “we like..” As well. Never mind NY, he might have been arrested at Heathrow after all the abuse revelations at the BBC.
