It’s Cold and I’ve Got a Cold

Richard Armitage as Guy of Gisborne

Today is one of those chilly, gray and rainy days. You know the kind that I’m talking about…those days that you just want to curl up under a blanket on the sofa and do nothing.

Well, given the fact that I have also managed to catch a cold somewhere, that is exactly what I’m doing: I’m snuggled up on the sofa, reading my favorite blogs, and watching a few episodes of the BBC’s Robin Hood. (There really is nothing better than some Guy of Gisborne when you don’t feel well…just look at that picture if you don’t believe me. ;))

  1. Oh yes! I believe in Guy the remedy 😉 ive not tried Pamela’s bread mix but LOVE her shortbread cookies!! It’s been ages when I was gaga for them. I love savory pies – used to make one with leeks & onions a long time ago…

    • Fanny, I think anything with RA would be great for a sick day! Pamela’s shortbread cookies are sooo good. I have been incredibly impressed with the various baking mixes, the taste and texture is so similar to the regular wheat equivalent.
